The Mindgevity 90-Day Digital Journal
A 90-day Christian mental health journal for anyone whose faith and mental health struggle have been at war with each other.
You do not need to be in a good place to begin. You do not need to have hope that it will work. You do not need to have read the book. You just need to open to Day 1.
Each of the ninety days has five elements: a scripture chosen specifically for where you are in the journey, an honest mood check-in, one focused prompt, one line of gratitude, and a declaration designed to be spoken out loud. The whole thing takes five to ten minutes. On the hardest days, two minutes is enough.
There is no date on any page. You cannot fall behind. You cannot fail this.
It can be used as a fillable digital document or printable for writing by hand, so you can engage with it in whatever format works best for you.
The journal moves through three phases. The first thirty days are about seeing clearly, naming what you have been carrying without shame. The next fifty days are about doing the actual work of healing, tending your mind and your faith and your body with more intention. The final ten days are about turning toward the life you are building on the other side of this.
Ninety days was a deliberate choice. Not because healing has a deadline, but because the person who finishes ninety days of honest, consistent, faith-grounded work on their own mind and heart is a different person than the one who started. That difference is what this journal was built for.
Open to Day 1 and let the next ninety days do what they were built to do.
