Because our products include both digital and physical formats, our policy differs:

• Digital products: These are non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature.

• Physical products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. Kindly note that there will be no refund, only replacement.

3. How will I receive my digital purchase?
After checkout, you will receive an email with your download link. You can also access your digital products from your account page.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
